- How does the payment hold work?
When you apply, we place a temporary hold on your card — but nothing is charged until your license is verified and approved. If your application isn’t approved, the hold is released right away.
- How do I book a studio?
Once you’re in, you can browse all partner studios from your dashboard and book directly. Depending on the studio, you’ll either use a unique access link or a member code at your preferred rate.
- Which healthcare credentials are accepted?
Revvi is built for licensed healthcare professionals, including RN, MD, DMD, NP, PA, PT, OT, PharmD, and more.
- Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can also cancel whenever you need to, with no penalties.
Joining & verification
- How do I sign up for Revvi?
Download the Revvi app or visit joinrevvi.com, create an account, choose a tier, and upload your healthcare license for verification. Once verified, you're in!
- Which healthcare credentials are accepted?
We accept a wide range of healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, dentists, and more. If you're unsure whether you qualify, email us at hello@joinrevvi.com and we'll help figure it out.
- How long does the verification process take?
Verification typically takes 24 hours. We'll notify you by email once your account is approved and ready to go.
- What if my verification is denied?
No worries! Reach out to us at hello@joinrevvi.com and we'll help sort it out.
Payment & pricing
- How much does a Revvi membership cost?
Membership pricing is available on our membership page. We offer different tiers to fit your needs and budget.
- When will I be charged?
Billing starts on the day you sign up. If you join during our founding member window, your locked-in rate applies from day one.
- Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time directly through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What happens to my rate if I signed up as a founding member?
Your founding member rate is locked in for a full year. After that, your membership automatically transitions to regular pricing as long as it stays active.

- What is included in my membership?
Your Revvi membership gives you access to our network of movement and recovery spaces at preferred member rates. Depending on your tier, you'll have access to different studios and session types.
- Can I change membership tiers?
Yes, you can switch tiers at any time through your account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Can I share my membership with someone else?
Revvi memberships are individual and non-transferable. Each healthcare professional must have their own account and membership card to access partner benefits. Some of our partners require you to show your Revvi membership card in person to redeem your rate, so memberships cannot be shared.
- How do I access my member benefits?
Once your account is verified and active, you can log into the app or website to browse partner studios, view your member benefits, and start booking.
Studio access & booking
- How do I book a studio?
Right now, booking is done through unique access codes or direct links provided through the app. We're actively working on making the booking experience more seamless. Stay tuned!
- How do I find studios near me?
You can browse all available partner studios directly in the app or on our website. Studios are organized by location so you can easily find what's near you.
- What kind of savings can I expect as a Revvi member?
Preferred rates vary by partner but typically range from 15% to 30% off, with some partners offering additional first time discounts and exclusive pricing not available to the general public.
- Are new studios added?
Yes! We are constantly growing our network and adding new partner studios. Keep an eye on the app for updates as new locations are added.
- Is Revvi available outside of New York?
We are currently focused on building out our New York network but expansion to new cities is very much in the plan. More locations are coming soon!
