That's Hot Pilates is an infrared heated Pilates studio in Rockville Centre, Long Island.
Founded by two longtime Pilates instructors, the studio offers mat Pilates, yoga, stretch, and fusion classes in a 100-degree infrared room. Unlike traditional heat, infrared warms the body directly rather than just the air, making it a more comfortable and effective sweat. Classes include signature formats like Hot Pilates Mat Powerhouse, Hot Sculpt and Planks and Peaches, all designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling energized long after class.
